Combined steam ovens allow you to cook in three ways; steam only, combined with steam, or traditional, ensuring maximum versatility in the kitchen.

The oven is able to automatically calculate and load the right amount of water needed for the desired cooking use, avoiding any wastage. You can choose whether to cook with 100% steam or when in combined mode, by selecting the percentage best suited to your cooking needs, with an intensity which can range from 30% to 70% steam, for perfect results every time.

The Re-heat function allows you to heat previously cooked food which has been kept cool or in the fridge, whilst also preserving the quality of the food.
